Over a Decade of Proven Commercial Real Estate Experience

Janine is an integral member of the firm and serves as the Marketing Manager for SVN | Capital West Partners. Janine is responsible for the marketing initiatives of the firm and its clients, which includes preparing Offering Memorandums, Property Brochures, Broker Opinion of Value reports, and implementing an effective integrated marketing communications strategy.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Janine was part of a top producing team at Intero Real Estate Services in San Jose, where the team closed over $60 million annually in residential real estate transactions. Prior to Intero, Janine spent three years in the Silicon Valley office of Kidder Mathews. Janine is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. In terms of her education, Janine holds a bachelor of arts degree from San Jose State University and is currently completing her MBA with a concentration in Marketing at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business (set to graduate Spring 2021).
